Refund/Return Policy

If you would like a refund, it will be issued to the original card you used to make a purchase. The amount you paid should be visible on your credit/debit card within a few days. We don't offer refunds on pre-ordered products.

We do not offer returns currently. You will only be given a refund or replacement if your products arrived defective. Contact customer service with a picture of your broken item(s) and we’ll solve the issue to the best of our ability.

*Pre-Ordered items cannot be canceled due to the funds being used to create the products in factory.
